Wir lassen Sie auch in schweren Situationen nicht allein. In der letzten Lebensphase versuchen wir, Zuwendung und Trost zu spenden.
Vertrauen ist dabei die Basis, auf der wir unsere pflegerische und medizinische Arbeit aufbauen. Als Gast im Zuhause unserer Klienten versuchen wir, ein Höchstmaß an Privatsphäre zu wahren. Wir achten dabei darauf, die Räumlichkeiten nicht in erster Linie der Pflege anzupassen, sondern die Pflege den Räumlichkeiten.
Und die Basis, auf der Vertrauen entstehen kann, ist eine verlässliche Beziehung zwischen Klienten und Pflegepersonal. Deshalb ist es unser Ziel, einen häufigen Wechsel der Pflegekräfte zu vermeiden. Der Kostendruck im Pflegebereich lastet auch auf unserer Arbeit. Wirtschaftlichkeit wird gefordert, doch die Menschlichkeit darf dabei nicht auf der Strecke bleiben. Das einfühlsame Gespräch und der vertraute Kontakt sind uns sehr wichtig. Gerne stehen wir beratend im Sinne unserer Klienten im Austausch mit den Krankenkassen zur Seite. Ist zum Beispiel eine Finanzierung der notwendigen Pflege und Hilfen nicht ausreichend gewährleistet, suchen wir nach individuellen Lösungen und vertreten die Interessen unserer Klienten auch vor dem Gesetzgeber.
